SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We will ship your item with a valid tracking number within 2-5 business days. However, due to peak sales times it may be longer. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays, lost, damaged, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses. Any packages marked as delivered please contract that carrier with your tracking number. We must be notified within 7 days of a mfg. defect. If you choose to return your defective item or an item due to sizing for exchange please use a carrier that provides tracking information.

In order to continue to provide amazing products at great prices, there are no refunds with our products. All sales are final on products. For apparel, if for some reason you aren't happy with your size selection, please contact customerservice@gagstogifts.com. Please include your order date, name, address, email address, and what size you need to exchange to. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyer must return apparel within 10 business days from date of delivery to 833 SW Lemans LN Suite 113 Lee's Summit Missouri 64082. Must be unused, unworn, smoke free, and in factory box and packaging. Once received we will process your new order within 5-7 business days and buyer will be responsible for shipping charge of new item.
